Treasures4Teachers collects unwanted supplies from businesses/ individuals and makes them available to teachers. Budget cuts have teachers relying on the community to help AZ kids. Volunteers will sort supplies, price items, and cut/ hole punch lesson materials.

Help with the City of Mesa's Shred-A-Thon event. To encourage recycling and to keep more trash out of Arizona landfills, the City of Mesa is hosting a recycling day. Volunteers are needed to unload and sort glass, paper and plastic. Help save our environment!

Save the Family helps homeless families break behaviors that lead to homelessness. They need help preparing a room for a homeless family who needs a warm place to stay while they get their lives back on track. Volunteers will clean and paint.

Phoenix, 4750 N 53rd Street,  85018 - Camelback Rd. and Arcadia Dr. (MAP)
St. Mary's Food Bank needs volunteers to help with a fruit gleaning project. Gleaning means to pick and gather fruit from citrus trees. The fruit will be used to feed hungry families in Central Arizona. This project helps the environment, feeds the hungry, and prevents wasting food.

Ryan House provides in-home end-of-life care for children with life-threatening conditions. They need volunteers at the annual walk/run fundraiser. Volunteers will work in food tent, finish line, water station, awards table and bag pick up areas.

Singleton Moms is dedicated to bringing hope, help and support to struggling single parents battling cancer. Help with set up, registration and other volunteer duties at their annual Lean on Me 5k Walk.  Click on their website above if you would like to register to walk or run in the event.

Feed My Starving Children

Tempe, 7965 S. Priest Drive, Suite 106, 85284 (South of Elliot Road on Priest)
FMSC provides life-saving meals to countries affected by natural disaster and places enduring economic despair. Volunteers will hand pack food bags of specially formulated food. The process will include measuring ingredients, packing food and preparing boxes for shipping.

PACC911

Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, 85253 (East of Tatum Blvd)
PAC911 assists dog rescue groups by supporting adoption, fundraising, education, and medical assistance for the humane community. Volunteers are needed to wash dogs that are being adopted and dogs that the public brings to get washed for a donation. Must like dogs.
